Ingredients

  1. 1 egg
  2. 1 onion, finely chopped
  3. 1 c. milk
  4. Salt and pepper, to taste
  5. 2 T. brown sugar
  6. 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
  7. ⅓ c. your favorite Margarita's Amigos Salsa

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine meat, egg, onion, milk and seasoning in bowl. Mix well.
  3. Place mixture into a loaf pan and spread evenly.
  4. To make glaze, whisk together brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and salsa in a small bowl.
  5. Pour glaze over meatloaf.
  6. Bake uncovered for about one hour, or until internal temperature exceeds 160°F. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
